I’m a Product Lead at WooCommerce, blending over a decade of experience in WordPress and WooCommerce to enhance the eCommerce landscape. Nestled in the Midlands of England, in a village so small yet so rich in community, I’ve found the perfect backdrop for not just living but creating.

My journey in the digital world began back in 2009 at a UK web design agency, marking the start of my deep dive into WordPress. It wasn’t long before I was blending eCommerce with creativity, developing a plugin that bridged Magento and WordPress, and eventually steering my path towards WooCommerce. This led me to create WooThumbs, a plugin that became synonymous with flexible product imagery in WooCommerce stores.

The adventure didn’t stop there. I founded Iconic, focusing solely on WooCommerce plugins, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible within the eCommerce platform. The success of Iconic, culminating in its acquisition, and the launch of Orderable into the Iconic family, has been a highlight of my career.

Now at Automattic, I’m pouring my passion and expertise into WooCommerce directly, aiming to make a significant impact on the product and the countless businesses it supports. It’s about more than just plugins and platforms; it’s about crafting experiences that resonate with users and empower entrepreneurs worldwide.
